Top Producers realize time is the most valuable resource you have. Even though time is available to everyone. Even though everyone has the same amount of time. Top Producers understand the way they use and invest their time will determine their level of success.
When it comes to time you can pass the time, you can race against time, or you can manage the way you use your time. When you pass time or race against time you aren’t proactively controlling time and using it to your advantage. When you manage your time you get the most value you can from the time you have.
Top Producers understand managing your time does not mean you work 24/7. While working yourself to death can work for a while it’s never a long-term plan for success because eventually you’ll burn-out or wear-out. Top Producers manage their time so they accomplish what they want.
